Star Wars Unlimited: Limited League Rules

Every Thursday from 23 July to 10 September, we'll be running a limited league, where you will be able to upgrade your deck from week to week. The rules will run as follows:

You will need a starting card pool of 6 Ashes of the Empire packs, from which you will build a deck. If you kept your cards from the prerelease weekend, that will fine; otherwise any six packs will do.

Each week you will be allowed to add one pack purchased in store to your card pool. This pack can be from any set, although you will only be able to play with Ashes of the Empire leaders in the league. If you're feeling lucky, Carbonite Boosters are allowed.

Starting at 8pm, we will run a 3 round mini tournament with everyone participating in the league. There will be a prize pool of 2 packs, which will either be awarded to the outright winner (if there is one), or the joint winners (in the rare occasion that there are more than two winners, an extra pack will be included for each player that came top). These packs cannot be added to your league card pool (but you can of course add them to your personal collection).

Participants each week will be rewarded 3 points for participating, plus 1 point per win.

In the final session (Thursday 10 September), the top four ranking players in the league will play a round robin, best-of-three tournament. The outright winner will be awarded 6 packs.
