What to do first
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably by phone (020 8346 2327), so that we can help to ensure the return process is swift and efficient. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We usually only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us by phone or email if you need to exchange an item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it’s best to wait a few days, it may take some time before your refund shows up on your account. If it still doesn’t appear, then please contact us at email@example.com

If your return is due to damage or fault we will refund your return shipping costs. Please supply a receipt for postage costs, which can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
We shall not be responsible for the original shipping or return costs for correctly supplied goods.
There are certain situations where no refund, or only a partial refund may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
If you wish to cancel your order or pre-order please contact us as soon as possible. As long as we receive your request before your order is despatched we can refund your payment minus 2.5% for debit/credit card payments and 4% for Paypal payments (the fee we are charged by our payment service providers and cannot reclaim). Alternatively we can give you a Leisure Games voucher for the full amount.
If the cancellation is due to any error on our part we will refund your full payment.
