UK Express - Mainland UK
Shipping is is charged at a flat rate of £10.00. Express orders will receive priority treatment, and will be despatched by either Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending upon the weight of the package. Orders received before 1pm should be delivered the next day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order on schedule, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
UK Express - Highlands & Islands
Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £15.00. Express orders will receive priority treatment, and will be despatched by either Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending upon the weight of the package. Orders received before 1pm should be delivered within 1-2 days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order on schedule, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
Overseas Shipping Charges, by Airmail:
Unfortunately we have had to discontinue shipping to destinations outside the EEA, partly due to the cost of items being returned to us for non payment of import taxes/duties.
Overseas shipping costs are calculated by weight, so the best way to find out how much it will cost to chip your order is to start the checkout procedure. Up until the point you actually pay you can easily go back and change your order or cancel it.
VAT is included in displayed prices of all taxable items on our website. Any VAT will be deducted at the checkout for orders going outside the UK, but remember, unless otherwise stated the recipient is responsible for paying any duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country's government. If your order is returned to us due to non payment of such charges we will refund your payment minus costs incurred by us, i.e. cost of shipping and return shipping.
We use airmail tracked services for international orders, with either Royal Mail Airmail or Parcelforce.
We go to great lengths to ensure your order is packed carefully to avoid damage in transit, it is extremely rare for damage to occur.
