UK Express - Mainland UK
Shipping is is charged at a flat rate of £10.00. Express orders will receive priority treatment, and will be despatched by either Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending upon the weight of the package. Orders received before 1pm should be delivered the next day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order on schedule, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
UK Express - Highlands & Islands
Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £15.00. Express orders will receive priority treatment, and will be despatched by either Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending upon the weight of the package. Orders received before 1pm should be delivered within 1-2 days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order on schedule, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping (30 June 2026):
Leisure Games has taken the difficult decision to cease shipping to places outside of the United Kingdom.
As one of the earliest retailers to begin selling over the internet, for years a significant portion of our business has involved shipping across the European Union. Post-Brexit, the increased bureaucracy involved has reduced our exports to almost nothing.
Starting July 2026 new EU regulations and charges - apparently aimed at curbing drop shipping and China-based e-commerce platforms have made this even more difficult, to the point where we no longer consider it viable to ship there. Unfortunately we are caught between a UK government unwilling to open the country back up to our biggest trading partner, and a European Union which is becoming increasingly protectionist.
As the EU forms the vast majority of our exports, we have opted to cease trading internationally entirely, since singling out the EU would be even more burdensome, and to refocus our attention on maintaining our focus across the UK.
We are optimistic that, eventually, common sense will prevail and it will become viable for UK businesses such as ourselves to resume international shipping. When this happens, you can be sure that we will revisit this policy.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this will cause. If you are very keen to place an order with us from outside the UK and are willing to accept the additional charges this will entail, please contact as and we will provide you with an estimate of the cost.
