Is everything listed on your site currently in stock?

We are a Bricks and Mortar shop, as well as an online store. We are selling games through both outlets simultaneously, which sometimes makes it tricky to guarantee that all of items listed on our site are in stock on our shelves. We try to maintain stocks of all items that we list - unless otherwise stated. If we are out of stock of an item we will do our best to get a restock as quickly as possible. We make every effort to keep our web site up to date, and to appropriately mark items which are not currently in stock as “Sold Out”.  If you have any concerns about stock availability, please call us and we can check for you. Some items/ranges are marked as possibly taking a number of days/weeks to dispatch. These items may have to be ordered in specially. If you order from these ranges, we will email you as soon as we can to let you know how long you may have to wait.


The item I want is marked "Sold Out’. When will it become available again?

We receive restock deliveries most days, so many items will be back in stock very soon. Items which are out of stock for longer periods are usually because distributors do not have stock, and it is rare that we can get information on restock periods.

Some items, such as miniatures, can take several weeks to order in.

Can you let me know when an item becomes available to buy?

The easiest and most reliable way is to enter your email address in the green "Email me when available" box which appears on "Sold Out" items. If you do that we will do what it says on the box.  

Is everything listed on your site available to buy from your bricks and mortar store?

It should be.  If you are planning to visit the shop with a specific purchase in mind, please call us first so that we can check availability, and reserve it for you if required.



We handle pre-orders separately from regular orders. If you want pre-ordered items sent to you as soon as they are released, then you will need to order each one individually.  Mixed orders containing pre-orders and other items will be held until all items on that order are available to be sent in a single shipment. If you change your mind and decide you want the currently available part of your order shipped sooner, then please get in touch to arrange payment of additional shipping costs.


Release dates for pre-ordered items are often unreliable, unexpected delays can occur, and sometimes we are unable to obtain release date information until a couple of days before the items arrive in-store. We will do our best to keep release date information on our site as accurate as possible but any dates quoted are intended only as a guide.


Please note:  All prices for pre-orders are subject to change. If we have to change a price you will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel your order.


When will my order be dispatched, and when will it be delivered?

We aim to despatch goods on the same day, or on the day after we receive your order. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order promptly, we will get in touch as soon as possible to let you know.


Will I receive an order received/dispatch confirmation email?

Yes. If you don’t seem to have one, check your spam folder.


Can I place an order to collect in store?

Yes. Select “Pickup In Store” during checkout. The postage amount will be set to zero, and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect.


What is the most effective way to get a response from you?

The telephone is by far the quickest and most effective way to communicate with us. Email will be a little slower. Social media will likely be the slowest of all. If you need an immediate response, then pick up the phone and give us a call on 020 8346 2327.


Can I get a game delivered tomorrow?

If we have an item in stock, and you order before 1pm selecting ‘UK Express
Mainland UK’ shipping  then we can send it out by either "next day" carrier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, for delivery on the next week day. However, it is a good idea to call us to confirm availability, and to let us know that you need next day delivery, before placing an order online. Saturday delivery can be arranged, but does cost extra. Please phone us for more details or to arrange this.

What are the opening hours of your 'bricks and mortar' shop?

When will I get my complimentary pdf?

Complimentary pdfs are not sent automatically when you place your order. In most cases, download links are emailed to the address you enter at the checkout once we have confirmed payment, which will normally be within 1 working day of receipt of orders for products that are currently in stock. In some cases the pdf comes directly from the publisher, and can be acquired by following the instructions in the item description and/or dispatch confirmation email.

Do you have gaming space at the store, and can I use it?

Yes. We have gaming space. When it is not in use for events, the space is available for customers to use, either while browsing, or for gaming - though we can’t provide space for people to demo/promote/sell their own games, and we can’t host your events or parties. We have plenty of demo games available that you are welcome to try out.

Do you host gaming events and tournaments?

Not at the moment.
